Sales Director USA & Canada for Theme Parks, FECs & Attractions

Attraktion! is one of the global leading media based attractions manufacturers, based in Austria, Europe. To address American theme parks and FECs, we are looking for a dedicated sales professional with a vast knowledge and existing contacts at American Theme Parks and/or FECs to extend our team!


  • Responsible for Attraction Sales in territory USA & Canada
  • Providing Attraktion with professional sales and marketing advice and services
  • Professionally represent Attraktion with clients and at industry events
  • Be proactive in awareness of and actively work to develop business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Providing best efforts to obtain a sales order for products and services. Book orders within the target pricing/margins and approved terms and conditions as approved by the direct report identified by the CEO
  • Be clear and timely in communicating contract obligations to the team delivering the product or service
  • Support the operating teams to meet project deliverables and interface to bridge communication between the client and operating teams where needed while supporting Attraktion positioning
  • Making periodic contact with all customers to ascertain customer satisfaction with Attraktion! products or services and be observant that the customer is following correct service, maintenance and operating procedures. Provide feedback to Attraktion
  • Reporting on a timely and regular basis including but not limited to:
    • Sales progress within the territory using standard templates or software systems on the regular basis determined by the CEO
    • Status of maintaining data in software system
    • Status of individual opportunities by being aware of details relative to the account
    • Prepare trip reports as required


  • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the amusement/leisure industry
  • Residing in the United States
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Media preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
  • Must have excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring all commitments are honored
  • Ability to work independently and as a team, self-starter and energetic
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships
